 The Foundation and Lorena Economic Development Corporation will partner to development and install a nine hole Frisbee golf course allowing students, 5^th – 12^th grades, to participate in organized sports and promote exercise and a healthy lifestyle.  This sport is gaining popularity across Waco and central Texas.

Audiobooks for Checkout   - LHS - $1,400

Audio books, or ebooks, are one title MP3 players which allow students, especially resource students, to read along with the player.  Of those students using the audio books last year, 82% passed the AR test, opposed to 50% who used a print book only.  These books will be available to 9^th -12^th grade students.
